In case of any issue, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Conditions
- Requests for return or exchange must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Products that have been opened or used (such as perfumes or opened incense) cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure quality and hygiene.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we take full responsibility and will replace the item or refund its value at no additional cost.
- A photo of the damaged item must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Return Process
- Once we receive the product and complete the quality check, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days through the same payment method used.
- In some cases, the customer may bear the return shipping cost (except for damaged or incorrect products).
4. Exchange
- Products can be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference if applicable).
- The same return conditions apply to exchange requests.
